Meet Sarah Wittrock, our Volunteer Engagement Center (VEC) manager. She oversees the team that equips our volunteers with the knowledge and tools they need to help us sort and pack up to 50,000 pounds of food a day for neighbors in need. But, she’s also on a mission of her own to get others excited about joining the fight to end food insecurity!
